Self-managed an independent study to develop skills in costume shop management. Worked with a teacher to develop a theoretical repertory theatre season with a carefully developed show lineup.
Started with costume plots and general labor estimates for each show. Created a season calendar and put together teams and pay structures. Distributed workload evenly with contingency and “slush” hours built in. Finalized the cost of all three productions in a cost overview.
Described role responsibilities and team organization, with specific team examples including crafts, tailoring, and draping.
