Skills: Project Management, Labor Distribution, Communication, Creative Leadership
Supervised the costume shop, consisting of 40+ team members, by creating labor estimates for 3+ productions and effective teams with various levels of students, including graduate students and high school students.
Collaborated with 9+ team leaders daily to understand their needs and concerns, and scheduled fittings accordingly.
Attended dress rehearsals as the representative of the shop and relayed notes back
through cohesive paperwork.
